About ViessTech

Since 1978, we have been engineering premium heating solutions from Stuttgart, Germany — delivering condensing boilers and heat pump systems to 63 countries worldwide.

Our Mission

To deliver the most energy-efficient and reliable heating systems available, helping our customers reduce operating costs and carbon emissions while maintaining uncompromising comfort and process integrity. Every boiler and heat pump we engineer represents our commitment to German engineering precision and environmental responsibility.

Our Vision

A world where commercial and industrial heating is fully decarbonized through the combination of ultra-high-efficiency condensing technology, renewable heat pump systems, and hydrogen-ready infrastructure. We are building toward a future where heating contributes zero net carbon emissions.

The Values That Drive Us

Four decades of engineering excellence built on principles that define every product and service we deliver.

Engineering Rigor

Every product undergoes 2,000+ hours of testing before market release. We engineer to exceed standards, not just meet them.

Reliability First

With 98.5% uptime across our installed base, we build heating systems that facility managers trust for decades of continuous operation.

Sustainability

ISO 14001 certified operations with a clear roadmap to carbon-neutral manufacturing by 2035. We lead by example in the energy transition.

Customer Partnership

48 service centers across 63 countries ensure local expertise and responsive support. Your heating infrastructure is our long-term commitment.

Engineering Validation & Testing

Every product undergoes rigorous verification before leaving our facilities.

Combustion Chamber Testing

Each boiler model completes a minimum of 2,000 hours of continuous combustion testing at our Stuttgart lab, measuring flue gas composition (CO, NOx, O2) at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% load points. Test results are documented per EN 15502-1 and archived for 15 years.

Pressure & Leak Verification

All heat exchangers undergo hydrostatic pressure testing at 1.5 times the design pressure (typically 9 bar for commercial boilers, 16 bar for steam units) followed by helium leak detection with a sensitivity threshold of 1 × 10-6 mbar·l/s. Units exceeding the threshold are rejected.

Field Performance Monitoring

Since 2019, our IoT-connected installed base of 12,000+ units transmits anonymized operational data (supply/return temperatures, firing hours, fault codes) back to our R&D center. This fleet-level dataset enables data-driven firmware updates and predictive maintenance algorithms verified against actual field conditions.
